Practical Immersion in Rhinoplasty

General Goal:
To develop surgical mastery in rhinoplasty — combining anatomical rigor, surgical execution, and aesthetic judgment — through intensive mentorship and hands-on casework.

Specific Learning Objectives:
Participants will be able to:

  • Analyze and plan rhinoplasty cases using anatomical and functional principles.
  • Execute open-structure and closed rhinoplasties with precision.
  • Apply techniques for managing dorsal hump, tip projection, septal deviations, and internal valve.
  • Perform structural and grafting techniques in primary and secondary cases.
  • Prevent and manage common complications, including asymmetry, collapse, and scarring.
  • Demonstrate decision-making in complex or reconstructive scenarios.
